Rental Policies and FAQ’s

Do you deliver inflatables to my area?We deliver to Fort Walton, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and Niceville. We also service other areas in Northwest Florida please contact us to find out. *Delivery Fees may apply

What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable(s)? Rental periods vary depending on your needs. In most cases we will pick up the unit around 5-6P.M. Alternate arrangements can be made to best fit your event. Just contact us!

What is your cancellation policy? Once the reservation is booked there will be no refunds of the deposit. We will apply your deposit to your next event within a one year period if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your event. Any cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? Our inflatable rentals are booked on a “first-come, first serve” basis. So don’t wait, book today!! In some insistence our rentals may be booked 2 to 3 months in advance.  Holidays and Fall Festivals book extremely early.

Do you require a deposit? Yes, a $50 deposit is required to book the rental. You can make the payment through our website or mail us a check.

When is the remaining balance due? The remaining balance is due when the unit is dropped off. We only accept cash or checks the day of the rental. You can pay by credit/debit card through the website .

Do I need to be on site when Fun 4 All Inflatables Arrives? Yes, all customers must be on site when we arrive. The customer must tell us where to put the inflatable and also pay the balance.

What is your Weather Policy? Fun 4 All Inflatables cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have any reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or its users may be in danger. We will apply your deposit to your next event within a one year period.           

How big are your Inflatable Bounce Houses?We offer 15 feet x 15 feet bounce houses. Please allow up to 18 feet x 18 feet for set up.

Are your inflatable bounce houses and water slides clean? Of Course. We are committed to making sure that your children have clean, healthy, and safe environment.

 How many children can fit in a bouncer?

            15’ x 15’ bouncers age 8 and under approximately 8.

            Age 12 and under is approximately 6 to 8

How do I power the bounce house? The unit must be within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet. A generator can be rented if you are not within this range.

What are your returned check fees? We charge $35 for a returned check.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bouncer? The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment. All renters will also sign a release of liability.
